This policy describes how RepCor, a product of Mount Carmel Ventures LLC, handles information collected through repcor.ai and our order process.
What We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing address, company ticker symbol, and any tax ID you choose to provide. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. When you browse the site, standard server logs and analytics may record your IP address, pages visited, and browser type. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address for that purpose.
How We Use It
We use order information to prepare and deliver your Report, send receipts and order communications, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and — if you opt in — send occasional updates about RepCor. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Service Providers
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business: Stripe (payments and invoicing), our website host (Hostinger), and Google Workspace (email). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Retention & Your Rights
We retain order records as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time, by emailing robert@repcor.ai. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA through the same address.
