Before Delivery
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your Report has been delivered. Email robert@repcor.ai with your order details and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
After Delivery
Because each Report is custom research prepared specifically for your company, delivered Reports are generally non-refundable. However, if a Report contains a material factual error — a figure that does not match its cited SEC source filing — notify us within 30 days and we will promptly correct and redeliver the Report. If we cannot correct a material error, we will refund your purchase in full.
Late Delivery
If your Report is not delivered within one business day and we have not agreed on a revised delivery time with you, you may cancel for a full refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
